Job# IRNC3345 - Interventional Radiology Technologist
What we're looking for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join a growing team in Charlotte, NC.
• IR experience strongly preferred
• Experienced Cath Lab/RCIS candidates can also be considered
• Strong vascular/interventional experience
• Stroke and trauma experience important
• Experience with vascular procedures, central lines, and line placements
• Comfortable scrubbing and circulating during IR procedures
• High-acuity hospital experience preferred, particularly Level I Trauma or Comprehensive Stroke
Pay:
• Pay is up to $61.65/hr depending on experience.
Incentives:
• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
Required:
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Interventional Radiology program
• ARRT(R)
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
Schedule:
• Multiple schedules available, including weekdays, nights, and weekends
• M-F weekday opportunities
• Mon-Thurs, 4x10 nights
• Fri-Sun, 3x12 nights
Call:
• Primarily backup call because CMC has a staffed third-shift IR team
• Backup team is called when simultaneous emergencies require a second team, such as multiple strokes/traumas
Setting:
• CMC Main
• High-volume, fast-paced IR environment
• Level I Trauma/high-acuity environment
• Stroke, trauma, vascular, and other interventional procedures
• Inpatient and outpatient
• Primarily adults with limited pediatric cases
