Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

By using this website, purchasing a résumé service, or submitting materials to RSG Health Services, also known as RadSciences Group LLC (“RSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Résumé service

RSG provides professional résumé review, writing, editing, formatting, and related career-document support based on information you provide. The current price and included deliverables are displayed on the résumé-service page at purchase. Unless stated in writing, the service does not include legal advice, credential verification, licensing services, job placement, or representation to an employer.

3. Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for complete and accurate information and for reviewing the final résumé before use. You must have the right to provide all submitted materials. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, patient information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the service. RSG may decline content that appears false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, confidential, or owned by another person.

4. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and payment may be processed by a third-party provider. Because work may begin soon after purchase, contact us promptly to cancel. Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on work already performed and applicable law. Once a completed draft has been delivered, fees are generally nonrefundable except where required by law.

5. No employment guarantee

RSG does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary levels, applicant-tracking-system results, credential approval, or any other employment outcome. Hiring decisions depend on factors outside our control, including qualifications, information accuracy, employer requirements, market conditions, location, and timing.

6. Review and revisions

Review your draft promptly and provide clear revision requests. Timelines are estimates and may change if materials are incomplete, responses are delayed, or requested work changes. Work outside the purchased scope may require a separate fee disclosed before it begins.

7. Ownership and permitted use

You retain ownership of your personal information and original materials. After full payment, you may use the final résumé for your own career-search purposes. RSG retains ownership of its preexisting templates, processes, know-how, and general formatting systems.

8. Website content and third-party services

Website content is general information and may change. Links, payment processors, job listings, employers, and other third-party services are controlled by their owners. RSG is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, or decisions.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and résumé services are provided “as is” and “as available.” RSG disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost income, lost opportunities, lost data, or employment decisions arising from the website or service. RSG’s total liability for a résumé-service claim will not exceed the amount paid to RSG for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from materials you provide, misuse of the website or final documents, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy and communications

RSG may use contact information and materials you provide to deliver the service, communicate about your order, maintain records, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Email and internet transmission are not guaranteed to be completely secure. By purchasing, you consent to service-related communications.

13. Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
